Interior Paint Guide is a free service that connects homeowners with local interior painters and painting companies. We are not a painting contractor and we do not perform the work ourselves.
In North Carolina, painters are not licensed as a separate state trade, though the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors licenses general contractors on larger projects. For homes built before 1978, the state runs its own EPA-authorized Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) lead-safe program, so choose a firm certified under it. Interior painting is done in climate-controlled spaces year-round, so confirm any local permits first, then tell us your project and we'll connect you with painters who serve North Carolina.
